Nanofiltration is a speciality membrane process which rejects particles in the approximate size range of 1 nanometer. It reliably remove color and total organic carbon (TOC) from surface water, hardness or radium from well water, overall reduce total dissolved solids (TDS).

NFL series nanofltration systems are pre-engineered and pre-assembled units to produce clean, purified water with 8” nanofltration membranes for fresh groundwater and surface water. The multiple volumes can help meet your a variety of industrial such as drinking water treatment. They are designed for remove a high percentage of TOC and THM precursors while having a medium to high salt passage; medium hardness passage.

A local utility company partnered with us to deploy a containerized seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) system to provide reliable potable water for domestic use.

Indonesian customers need a water treatment design for residential water purification. The water source is underground well water. After taking water samples for testing, it was found that the water turbidity was very 
high and the iron content was also high, both of which exceeded the local limit. A water purification equipment was needed to reduce the turbidity and iron content.
Water sample turbidity: 56.6 NTU, local limit 25 NTU
Water sample iron content: 6.61 mg/L, local limit 1mg/L
Requirement: water turbidity and iron content below the limit, remove heavy metals, viruses and bacteria (E. coli), and the purified water should meets the standard of domestic water for daily use.Water flow: 36000LPH / 10LPS And also the whole system should be installed in a 20GP container, to 
make it a mobile containerized water treatment system.

How long do membranes last?

With proper maintenance and CIP, UF and RO membranes can last 3–5 years, depending on feed water quality and system design.

Can your membrane systems treat seawater?

What’s the difference between UF and RO?
