Work flow of 1 onduty 1 standby water softener
This dual-tank softener system alternates between service and regeneration to ensure continuous water softening. While Tank U1 is in service, U2 remains on standby. When U1's capacity depletes, the system automatically initiates regeneration, including fast rinse, backwash, brine suction, and refill stages. During this, U2 seamlessly switches to service mode. The intelligent valve control ensures uninterrupted softened water supply with efficient, automated tank switching.
Work principle of Filter valve F67C
This carbon filter system operates in a service–regeneration cycle. During service, raw water enters the tank, flows through carbon media for filtration, and exits as clean water. When the flow rate drops to zero, the system automatically enters regeneration. This includes backwash to clean and loosen the carbon media, and fast rinse to flush out remaining impurities. All steps are controlled by a motorized valve system to ensure efficient filtration and automatic cycling.

System Regeneration Process Summary:
The water softening system operates in a cycle of service and regeneration. During service mode, raw water enters the control valve, flows through the top strainer and resin layers, and exits as softened water.
When switching to regeneration, the handle or multifunctional valve is turned to different positions to execute a series of steps:
-
1. Backwash: Water flows upward from the bottom of the tank, loosening resin and removing debris via the drain.
-
2. Brine & Slow Rinse: A vacuum effect pulls brine from the salt tank into the resin bed for ion exchange, followed by a slow rinse to flush out spent brine.
-
3. Brine Refill: Water refills the brine tank through the injector for the next regeneration.
-
4. Fast Rinse: Water flows rapidly through the resin bed to remove any remaining brine.
-
5. Return to Service: The valve is rotated back to service mode, and the system resumes normal operation.
Each flow path is precisely managed by the mechanical movement of valve components, ensuring efficient regeneration and reliable softening performance.
