Work flow of 1 onduty 1 standby water softener
This dual-tank softener system alternates between service and regeneration to ensure continuous water softening. While Tank U1 is in service, U2 remains on standby. When U1's capacity depletes, the system automatically initiates regeneration, including fast rinse, backwash, brine suction, and refill stages. During this, U2 seamlessly switches to service mode. The intelligent valve control ensures uninterrupted softened water supply with efficient, automated tank switching.
When U1 tank is in service state,U2 tank in standby state, the symbol of service state lights on,at this moment, raw water flows into control valve through water inlet, through main valve core to the top of U1 tank then to tank. Then down through rising layers to be softened water, through bottom strainer to return to pipeline. Then add down through rising layers to be soft in the water, through bottom strainer to return to rest pipe and up to valve body. Finally flow out from water outlet, through main valve core.
When U1 tank service flow rate reduces to zero, the regeneration motor controlled by main control board drives the bigger gear to rotate, and also drives moving disc which is fixed with a shaft, with the change of relative angles of moving disc and fixed disc, the flow channels has been changed.
When U2 tank starts to fast rings, the symbol of fast rings state lights on,raw water flows into control valve through water inlet, one part through main valve core to the top of U1 tank, then to tank, then a down through rising layers to be softened water, through bottom strainer to return to rest pipe, and up to main valve core, finally flow out from water outlet, another part through regeneration valve core, valve body to main valve core, pass connecting pipeline to U2 tank, and down through rest layers, then through bottom strainer to rest pipe, upward to connecting pipeline through main valve core, valve body to regeneration valve core, finally flow out from drain outlet.
When fast rings time reduces to zero, then it is over program control valve, switch service and regeneration tank.U1 tank backwash,U2 tank service, the symbol of backwash lights on,raw water flows into control valve through water inlet, one part through may valve core to connecting pipeline, then to the top of your tube tank, then adjust through raising layers to be soft to the water, through bottom strainer to return to raised pipe, and up to connecting pipeline, then to main valve core, finally flow out from water outlet, another part through regeneration valve core, valve body to main valve core, throw U1 tank and the bottom strainer to U1 tank, upward backwards rising throw main valve core, valve body at the regeneration valve core, finally flow out from drain outlet.
When backward time reduces to zero, then it is over, program control regeneration valve,to brine and slurry state, the symbol of brine and slurry lights on,raw water flows into control valves through water inlet, one part throw U2 tank and rising to be softened water, then flow out from outlet, another part throw regeneration valve core valve body, flow quickly to inject nozzle, which reduces under pressure,so that the brine is sucked, from brine tank through brine line connected to valve, through valve body regeneration valve core, main valve core, then through the top of U1 tank, through rising bottom strainer, brass pipe main valve core valve body and regeneration valve core, finally flow out from drain outlet.
When brine and slowly is time reduces to zero, program control regeneration valve to brine refuse state, the symbol of Brian Refuel lights on,grow water flows into control valve through water inlet, another part through regeneration vehicle, and the brine line connector, refer to brand tank, one part through you to tank the rising to be soft, the water then flow out from outlet.
When bread refill time reduces to zero, program control valve to switch regeneration tank,U1 tank standby, the symbol of service lights on,raw water through your 2 tank to be softened water, finally flow out from outlet.

UV Water Sterilizer – Advanced Ultraviolet Disinfection for Safe and Clean Water
UV Water Sterilizer Systems are advanced water purification devices that utilize ultraviolet (UV) light to eliminate harmful microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and protozoa from water. These systems are highly effective, environmentally friendly, and do not require the use of chemicals, making them a popular choice for both residential and commercial applications. UV sterilizers are often used in conjunction with other filtration methods, such as reverse osmosis or carbon filters, to ensure comprehensive water treatment. They are easy to install, require minimal maintenance, and provide a reliable method for ensuring safe and clean drinking water.
