Membrane Cleaning Systems (CIP system )
Membrane Cleaning Systems (CIP system ) play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and longevity of RO (Reverse Osmosis), NF (Nanofiltration), and UF (Ultrafiltration) membranes. These systems are specialized solution designed to clean and maintain membranes without requiring their removal from the system. It could effectively eliminate fouling, scaling, and biological contaminants that accumulate over time, ensure optimal performance, enhance operational efficiency, and extend membrane lifespan. By preventing fouling and scaling, membrane cleaning systems ensure optimal water treatment processes, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Membrane Water Treatment Systems
Advanced filtration solutions for pure water, process efficiency, and wastewater reuse
What Are Membrane Systems?
Membrane systems are high-efficiency water treatment solutions that use semi-permeable membranes to filter, purify, and separate water from impurities, including bacteria, viruses, dissolved salts, heavy metals, and organic matter. Our systems are widely used in industrial, municipal, commercial, and residential applications.
We specialize in:
- Ultrafiltration (UF) Systems
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems
- Nanofiltration (NF) Systems
These technologies form the backbone of modern water purification, wastewater recycling, and desalination solutions.
Industries & Applications
Our membrane-based water filtration systems are used across a wide range of sectors:

Membrane Systems Solutions in Real-World Scenarios
Our solutions have been widely implemented across industries—from industrial manufacturing and municipal infrastructure to agricultural irrigation and commercial facilities. Here are some selected cases that demonstrate how we tailor water treatment systems to meet client needs, achieving goals such as energy efficiency, compliance, and water reuse.
An industrial client in Ecuador required a reliable solution to pre-treat groundwater for production use. The raw water exhibited turbidity, sediment, and occasional odor, which posed a risk to downstream processes. The client sought a simple, automatic, and low-maintenance filtration system to improve water quality before further treatment or use. Water flow required at 20m3 per hour.
Indonesian customers need a water treatment design for residential water purification. The water source is underground well water. After taking water samples for testing, it was found that the water turbidity was very
high and the iron content was also high, both of which exceeded the local limit. A water purification equipment was needed to reduce the turbidity and iron content.
Water sample turbidity: 56.6 NTU, local limit 25 NTU
Water sample iron content: 6.61 mg/L, local limit 1mg/L
Requirement: water turbidity and iron content below the limit, remove heavy metals, viruses and bacteria (E. coli), and the purified water should meets the standard of domestic water for daily use.Water flow: 36000LPH / 10LPS And also the whole system should be installed in a 20GP container, to
make it a mobile containerized water treatment system.
Cape Verde, an island nation off the coast of West Africa, faces seasonal freshwater scarcity due to limited natural water resources and increasing residential demand. A local utility company partnered with us to deploy a containerized seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) system to provide reliable potable water for domestic use.

FAQs About Membrane Water Treatment
Membrane Water Treatment Systems
What’s the difference between UF and RO?
UF (Ultrafiltration) removes suspended solids, bacteria, and larger molecules. RO (Reverse Osmosis) removes dissolved salts and minerals. They’re often used together for complete treatment.
How long do membranes last?
With proper maintenance and CIP, UF and RO membranes can last 3–5 years, depending on feed water quality and system design.
Can your membrane systems treat seawater?
Yes. Our seawater RO systems are designed to handle high salinity with corrosion-resistant materials and energy recovery devices.
Do you offer plug-and-play solutions?
Absolutely. We offer containerized membrane systems that are factory-tested, compact, and quick to deploy.
