This system typically features fully automatic operation and scheduled backwashing. It is primarily used as a pretreatment unit in reverse osmosis systems or to provide high-quality drinking water for commercial venues such as hotels and schools. It is an efficient and reliable physical filtration solution.



Working Flow
Production Water: After pretreatment, raw water is pressurized by the feed pump and enters the ultrafiltration membrane module. Under pressure, water molecules permeate the membrane wall as "product water" (purified water), and contaminants are trapped.
Backwash: After a period of operation, the system automatically enters backwash mode. The backwash pump drives product water from the product side into the membrane module in reverse, flushing the membrane fibers. Concentrate and contaminants are discharged from the inlet side.
Forward Flush: After the backwash is complete, a brief forward flush is performed to completely remove loose contaminants from the system.
Chemical Cleaning: When the transmembrane pressure (TMP) rises to a set value or the product water rate drops to a certain level, the system will prompt or automatically initiate a chemical cleaning.

This means that within a certain range, even when the inlet water quality deteriorates, the produced water quality remains relatively stable, demonstrating excellent resistance to shock loads.
