AQUALITEK Containerized Water Treatment Plant
Overview
The AQUALITEK containerized water treatment plant is a compact, factory-built solution designed for fast deployment and reliable operation. Packaged inside a standard shipping container, this modular water treatment system combines pretreatment, core treatment units, and post-treatment components for clean water production or wastewater reuse. Built by Aqualitek Water Treatment Technologies Co., Ltd. (AQT) in Guangzhou, China, the system is ideal for remote sites, construction camps, mining, emergency response, or small municipal projects.
Key Benefits
Easy Deployment and Mobility
Because the plant is containerized and plug-and-play, it can be transported by truck or ship and set up quickly. This portable water treatment approach reduces civil works and site assembly time.
Modular and Scalable
Each unit is modular, so capacity can be increased by adding more containerized modules. This makes it a cost-effective option for growing needs and phased projects.
Reliable Performance
Equipped with proven filtration, membrane, and disinfection technologies, the packaged plant ensures consistent water quality. Components are pre-tested in the factory to minimize commissioning time and onsite risk.
Applications
Common uses include potable water supply, industrial process water, site dewatering, and containerized wastewater treatment for reuse. Aqualitek offers tailored designs to meet specific feedwater conditions and regulatory requirements.

FAQ
How long do membranes last?
With proper maintenance and CIP, UF and RO membranes can last 3–5 years, depending on feed water quality and system design.
Do you provide replacement parts and consumables?
Yes. We supply cartridges, filter bags, media (sand, carbon, etc.), valve kits, and O-rings for all major systems.
Can I use AQT’s water treatment systems for seawater desalination?
Yes! We provide seawater desalination systems using advanced reverse osmosis (RO) technology, specifically designed to convert seawater into fresh, drinkable water. These systems are ideal for coastal communities, marine applications, and industrial desalination projects.
Which chemicals are required for regeneration?
Softening uses NaCl. Demineralization uses HCl or H₂SO₄ for cation resin and NaOH for anion resin.

High-Purity Manganese Sand for Iron & Manganese Removal Water Filtration
Manganese Sand is a naturally occurring, high-purity filter media specifically processed for water treatment applications. It serves as a superior catalytic filter medium for the effective removal of iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulfide from water sources through a process of oxidation and filtration. This results in cleaner, odor-free, and aesthetically pleasing water for municipal, industrial, and commercial use.
FRP Filter Tank | High-Strength Composite Pressure Vessel for Water Treatment Systems
FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) filter tanks are engineered for high-performance water treatment, offering exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. Ideal for sand filters, carbon filters, and multimedia filtration systems, these lightweight yet robust tanks withstand harsh water conditions, including high pressure and chemical exposure.
